Deep Blue Breath

Dissolving Destinies - This film highlights an important but widely unknown issue, Ocean Acidification. Following a little crab through the coral reef, we see the effects of ocean acidification and learn that what we do on land affects what happens to the oceans. This educational environmental film has a message of hope, and its endearing characters help remind us how important it is to be aware of our daily actions and how they will impact our future. The film is animated in 3D using Autodesk Maya. directed by:  Brandon Strathmann

The Birds Upstairs - Frustrated attempts to bear children overwhelm the lives of an aristocratic, avian couple in the early nineteenth century. Directed by: Christopher Jarvis

The Jockstrap Raiders - The film takes place during World War I in Leeds, England. A group of underdog misfits are excluded from the war due to various abnormalities. Threatened by the invading German Kaiser and his army, they must learn to become a team and overcome their deficiencies in order to save Britain and the world.
The Jockstrap Raiders is the 3D-animated thesis film of Mark Nelson, created for the MFA program at the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television directed by: Mark Nelson
