Tinne, a village abandoned to its own destiny in the Southeast of Turkey, has been ‘forgotten’ by the government for years. Neither Tinne, nor any of its people exist officially, whereas Yusuf Agha and its whole family have been living in this land for over a century.
Yusuf Agha’s adopted son Ibrahim, now 30 years old, returns to his homeland having finished his military service and graduated from college. However, Ibrahim’s heart is left in far away lands. He fell in love with Jessica whom he met while she was working as an interpreter in America’s military base in Turkey.
After Jessica manages to take her family to Tinne to meet Ibrahim’s parents, different cultures and philosophies become part of the same comedy.
